WEDNESDAY 9 MARCH1.00 PM @ UCLH, ON THE PICKET LINE AT EUSTON ROAD (nearest Tube stations: Euston Square & Warren Street)
NHS workers at UCLH are calling on trade unionists, campaigners and all who want to defend our NHS to come to a lunchtime rally on the picket lines to show solidarity with our junior doctors, and make sure Jeremy Hunt knows that workers across the NHS and beyond are backing them.
The junior doctors have been a fantastic inspiration, and their fight against a dangerous new contract is a key focus for the wider trade union and anti-austerity movement.
If Hunt succeeds, he’ll be coming for all other NHS workers’ unsocial hours pay next, and if the contract is imposed it will be a major blow against our NHS.
Join the junior doctors, health workers and other trade unionists from across the area outside UCLH hospital on Euston road for a solidarity rally, 1pm on the next strike dayWednesday 9 March.
Bring union banners, workmates and get behind the doctors who are leading the fight to defend our NHS.
